The Shipping and Handling fee includes postage handing and insurance as well. Please do not bid if you disagree with it.
All items sent via Australia POST or other Delivery Service Providers are usually carefully addressed and packed. However, we assume no liability for the late delivery or goods being missing or damaged while in transit. If such an event should happen, we will lodge an inquiry with Australia POST Office or the freight company and claim compensation accordingly, the replacement will be sent to the customer once investigation is finalised. In such an event please allow up to 4 weeks for the investigation to be processed.
Appropriate feedback will be given after transaction is completed. Shipping & Handing:
The goods are dispatched usually 2 working days after payment is verified.
* All deliveries are arranged by seller. The regular POST Parcel could be sent by other Couriers regular service.
Exchange will be offered for faulty items. Refund will be given if stocks are not available.
*If you have received broken or damaged items for your order please read the below prior to submitting your claim. Claims MUST be submitted within 3 working days from the date of signing delivery docket.
