Printing Solution

  • Digital Printing - HP Indigo 20000, Expensive, Multi Colour printing, MOQ: 1,000pcs/design, Custom dimension. Lead time approx. 3 weeks.

           

  • Screen Printing - Cheap, One or Two Colour printing, MOQ: 1,000pcs/design, Limited categories and Existing stock size only. Lead time approx. 3 weeks. Plate cost required.

    MATERIALS  - We use laminated high barrier film when producing all our pouches and film rolls for the best shelf life protection for any products. The film protects your product from oxygen and moisture and other external factors.

    • Nylon - Polyamide resins, with very high melting points, excellent clarity and stiffness. It has good oxygen and aroma barrier properties; it’s mostly used for vacuum packaging.
    • Foil - aluminum foil laminated to plastic films to provide maximum oxygen, aroma and moisture barrier properties. Although it is by far the best barrier material, it is increasingly being replaced by metalized films, (MET-PET and MET-OPP) because of cost.
    • PET - Polyester, (Polyethylene Terephtalate). Tough, temperature resistant polymer. Biaxially oriented PET film is used in laminates for packaging, where it provides strength, stiffness and temperature resistance. It is usually combined with other films for heat sealability and improved barrier properties.
    • MET PET - Metalized PET film. It has all the good properties of PET film, plus much improved oxygen and moisture barrier properties. However, it is not transparent.
    • OPP - Oriented PP (polypropylene) film. A stiff, high clarity film, but not heatsealable. Usually combined with other films, (such as LDPE) for heatsealability. Can be coated with PVDC (polyvinylidene chloride), or metalized for much improved barrier properties.
    • MET OPP - Metalized OPP film. It has all the good properties of OPP film, plus much improved oxygen and moisture barrier properties, (but not as good as MET-PET)
    • CPP - Unlike OPP, it is heatsealable, at much higher temperatures than LDPE, thus it is used as a heatseal layer in retortable packaging. It is, however, not as stiff as OPP film.
    • LLDPE - Linear low density polyethylene. Tougher than LDPE and has better heatseal strength, but has higher haze.
    • Kraft Paper - It’s used as the outer layer to provide paper appearance. It’s combined with other films for heat sealability and improved barrier properties.

    OPTIONS - Standard options for flexible pouches include:

    • Zip lock - resealable feature adds value to your pouch and extends product freshness.
    • Tear notch - added for easy opening.
    • Hang hole - added for hanging purposes (customized shaped and sizes are available).
    • Valve - added onto pouch for degassing; allows air to escape from a pouch containing coffee beans.
    • Tin Tie - added onto side gusseted pouches for optional sealing purposes.
    • Window - allows a view of your packaged product. Can be customized in any shape or size.
    • Surface printing - finish can be matte, glossy or a combination of both.
    • Spout - used for liquids such as juices, sauces, beverage, oils, detergent, hair care, shampoo, gel and others.
    • Irregular bag shape – Can be customized in any shape.
